  • Flame discs are made from hardened and refined Chrome-Molybdenum alloy steel
  • Material guarantees extremely little rotor wear and high-performance braking
  • Flame discs are precision lasercut, CNC drilled and surface machined for perfect fitment and flatness
  • Venting grooves in the contact surface are designed for efficient cooling and disc cleaning to evacuate water and mud
  • Discs are surface coated with a 10 micron zinc plating to help protect them against weather influences
  • All discs use a floating design with a clear anodized aluminum inner carrier
